Contract and Pre-Booked Services

B2C Rides Ltd provides pre-booked contract transport services for businesses, organisations, schools, healthcare providers and private customers requiring regular or recurring journeys.

Contract services are subject to a separate quotation or agreed pricing structure. Prices may differ from standard metered taxi fares and will be based on factors including journey frequency, mileage, vehicle type, waiting time, operating hours and the specific requirements of the service.

Customers with ongoing or repeat bookings may enter into a separate service agreement setting out agreed fares, payment terms, invoicing arrangements, cancellation policies and any additional terms specific to the contract.

Priority Service: Contract customers and customers with agreed recurring bookings may receive priority vehicle allocation during periods of high demand. Whilst we will always endeavour to accommodate all bookings, B2C Rides Ltd reserves the right to prioritise pre-booked contract work to ensure continuity of service for our regular customers.

Contract bookings must be cancelled with as much notice as reasonably possible. Late cancellations or failure to attend a booked journey may result in cancellation or no-show charges in accordance with the agreed contract or these Terms and Conditions.

B2C Rides Ltd reserves the right to review and amend contract pricing where there are significant changes to fuel costs, operating expenses, legislative requirements or the scope of the contracted service. Any changes will be communicated and agreed with the customer in advance wherever reasonably practicable.

By entering into a contract or making recurring pre-booked reservations, the customer agrees to comply with these Terms and Conditions together with any separate written service agreement provided by B2C Rides Ltd.
