Subcontracted Journeys

To ensure we provide a reliable and continuous service, B2C Rides Ltd may, where appropriate, subcontract bookings to trusted licensed private hire or taxi operators.

Our preferred partner operators include Acabs Taunton and West Country Cabs. These companies are used to help fulfil bookings when our own vehicles are unavailable, during periods of high demand, or where it is necessary to ensure customers receive a timely and efficient service.

Any subcontracted journey will only be allocated to a fully licensed operator who meets the relevant legal and licensing requirements. Where reasonably practicable, customers may be informed in advance if another operator will be undertaking their journey.

By making a booking with B2C Rides Ltd, you acknowledge and agree that your journey may be undertaken by one of our trusted partner operators where necessary. Your booking, agreed fare (unless otherwise advised), and the standards of service expected by B2C Rides Ltd will remain unchanged.
