By booking a journey with B2C Rides Ltd, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Bookings
All bookings are subject to availability. Whilst every effort will be made to fulfil your booking, B2C Rides Ltd reserves the right to refuse or cancel any booking where necessary for operational, legal or safety reasons.
2. Fares
Fares are based on the journey requested at the time of booking. Any changes to the route, additional pick-up or drop-off points, diversions, waiting time or other amendments may result in additional charges.
For all pre-booked journeys, the taxi meter will be activated at the agreed booking time or immediately upon the driver's arrival at the agreed collection point.
Quoted fares are based on the information provided by the customer. If the journey differs from that originally booked, the fare may be adjusted accordingly.
3. Airport, Toll and Road Charges
Airport drop-off or pick-up fees, parking charges, road tolls, congestion charges, ULEZ charges and any other applicable Clean Air Zone charges will be added to the fare where applicable and are payable by the customer.
Flight arrival times will be monitored where flight details have been provided. However, excessive waiting time may be charged if delays occur after the driver has arrived.
4. Payments
Payment is due at the end of the journey unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash and any other payment methods advertised by B2C Rides Ltd.
Business account customers must pay invoices within the agreed payment terms.
5. Cancellations and No-Shows
Customers should notify us as soon as possible if they need to cancel a booking.
If a passenger fails to attend the agreed collection point without prior notice, a minimum no-show charge of £12.50, or the full quoted fare (whichever is greater), will apply.
If a booking has already commenced or the driver has travelled a significant distance before cancellation, additional charges may apply.
6. Waiting Time
Waiting time may be charged where passengers are not ready at the agreed collection time. Charges will be based on the current metered rate.
7. Child Seats
Child seats are available only if requested at the time of booking and are subject to availability. Customers are responsible for ensuring any child travelling complies with current UK child seat legislation.
8. Wheelchair Accessible Vehicles
Wheelchair-accessible vehicles are available on request, subject to availability. Customers should advise us of any accessibility requirements when making their booking.
9. Passenger Conduct
Passengers must behave respectfully towards our drivers, vehicles and other passengers.
Smoking, vaping, illegal drug use, abusive language, threatening behaviour or any action that compromises safety will not be tolerated. Drivers reserve the right to refuse or terminate a journey where passenger behaviour presents a risk.
10. Damage and Cleaning
Passengers are responsible for any damage caused to our vehicles.
A minimum charge of £100 will apply for damage, excessive soiling, sickness or cleaning required. Where repair or specialist cleaning costs exceed this amount, the full cost may be recovered from the customer.
11. Lost Property
Whilst every effort will be made to return lost property, B2C Rides Ltd accepts no responsibility for items left in our vehicles.
Returned items may be subject to a delivery charge or collection from our office by prior arrangement.
12. Delays
Whilst we make every effort to arrive on time, B2C Rides Ltd cannot accept liability for delays caused by traffic congestion, accidents, road closures, severe weather, vehicle breakdowns or any circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
13. Refusal of Service
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone whose behaviour is abusive, threatening, violent, under the influence to the extent that safety may be compromised, or who may cause damage to the vehicle.
14. Privacy
Personal information provided during the booking process will be handled in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation and used solely for the purpose of providing our transport services, unless otherwise required by law.
15. Amendments
B2C Rides Ltd reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be published on our website.
16. Acceptance
By making a booking with B2C Rides Ltd, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
